Yes. We have increased dividends for more than 55 consecutive years. Our board of directors determines the payment dates and amounts of cash dividends. Check our News Releases for current dividend announcements.

Does CFC offer a Shareholder Investment Plan?
Yes. Our transfer agent is pleased to offer shareholders enrollment in the Shareholder Investment Plan. Please see the Shareholder Investment Plan page for more details.
How do I transfer shares to a broker?
You can transfer shares electronically through your broker or financial institution via the Direct Registration System. Contact your broker or financial institution to initiate the transfer. It is helpful to have your current statement available when contacting them.

What is a Medallion Signature Guarantee?
A Medallion Signature Guarantee is a guarantee that the signature is genuine, the signer is an appropriate person to endorse and the signer has legal capacity to sign. A financial institution or broker usually has the authority to guarantee shareholders’ signatures.
Can I sell my Cincinnati Financial Stock through the Shareholder Investment Plan?

Does CFC offer an automatic dividend reinvestment plan?
Yes. If you are a registered shareholder of just one share of CFC stock, you may enroll in the Shareholder Investment Plan which gives you the option to have your dividends automatically reinvested in CFC stock with a minimal service and brokerage fee. Our transfer agent administers the Shareholder Investment Plan, which makes it easy to elect to make additional purchases through the Automatic Account Deduction and/or Voluntary Cash Purchase programs. How do I replace a lost or outdated dividend or sale check?
If you are holding a dividend check, you should cash it as soon as possible. To verify the status of a check that you are holding or to request a replacement check, contact Cincinnati directly at 513-870-2639.
How can I calculate my capital gain or loss on CFC shares?
Capital gain or loss generally is equal to the difference between the price at which you sold a share of CFC stock and the price you paid for that share, adjusted for all stock splits and stock dividends.

Each shareholder is responsible for maintaining records that show the cost basis of your shares to use in making that calculation.
Where can I find historical CFC stock price information?
The last 10 years of historical price data for CFC stock is available through Nasdaq.com.
