- Yes. If you are a registered shareholder of just one share of CFC stock, you may enroll in the Shareholder Investment Plan which gives you the option to have your dividends automatically reinvested in CFC stock with a minimal service and brokerage fee. Our transfer agent administers the Shareholder Investment Plan, which makes it easy to elect to make additional purchases through the Automatic Account Deduction and/or Voluntary Cash Purchase programs. - How can I calculate my capital gain or loss on CFC shares?
- Capital gain or loss generally is equal to the difference between the price at which you sold a share of CFC stock and the price you paid for that share, adjusted for all stock splits and stock dividends.
Each shareholder is responsible for maintaining records that show the cost basis of your shares to use in making that calculation.

- Our main business is insurance. Cincinnati Financial Corporation (CFC) is the parent company for a group of insurance companies collectively known as The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. CFC Investment Company complements the insurance subsidiaries with commercial leasing and financing services. CSU Producer Resources is a wholly owned brokerage subsidiary that will provide exclusive access for our independent agencies to our excess and surplus lines insurance products.
