Cincinnati Financial Corporation Increases Cash Dividend
  • Quarterly cash dividend up 11.8 percent
  • $0.02 per share increase to $0.19

Cincinnati, February 7, 2000-Cincinnati Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CINF)- Cincinnati Financial Corporation announced today that the Board of Directors voted, at their regular meeting on February 5, 2000, to increase the quarterly cash dividend 11.8 percent to $0.19 per share, payable April 14 on shares outstanding and of record on March 24. At the new level, the indicated annual dividend is $0.76 per share.

Cash dividends paid in 1999 were $0.661/3, the thirty-ninth consecutive year of increased cash dividends from the Company and its principal subsidiary that preceded it.
