The 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Saturday, April 28, at 9:30 a.m. EDT at the Cincinnati Art Museum located in Eden Park, Cincinnati, Ohio. Over the next few weeks, shareholders of record on March 1, 2012, will directly receive voting instructions by mail or email.
